Principals Report
Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome back. I hope everyone was able to enjoy a lovely family break with the extra public holidays.
An email went out to families this week announcing our move to SZapp from Skoolbag. We are hoping that linking it with the website and new newsletter format will minimise errors.
Sincere Sympathy
We extend our sympathy to Fr Richard and his family on the death of his mother and Tracy Kane on the death of her sister in-law.
Lost Property
For the convenience of everyone all Lost Property is now located in the school hall. This move allows students, parents/carers easy access during, before and after school.

The new bus timetable went into operation this week. We have heard from some families about the difficulties they now face because of these changes. Please email ACTION with any issues or concerns. Please Cc. the school or myself so that we are fully aware and can provide feedback to CE as well ACTION.
Winter Uniform
Full winter uniform is to be worn by all students from the beginning of week 3. Hats are still required at this time.
Please note that girls in Year 6 are able to wear the winter tunic without the bib. (There are versions of the uniform that have a removable bib)
School Disco
Thank you to Patrea Johnston for once again organising a wonderful social event for children and families.
Thank you to all of the helpers who gave their time to help Patrea in any way.
Thank you to all of the families for your generous contributions to the monster Easter Egg Raffle.
Cross Country and Run4Colour Explosion
Due to the forecast of rain and thunderstorms for tomorrow's Cross Country Carnival and Run4Colour Explosion we have made the decision to postpone the day to Friday 24th May at Pearce Oval.
Safety
A reminder that children should not be arriving at school before 8.30am as there is no supervision. If you need to drop your children earlier due to work commitments, there is a Before School Service provided by YMCA each weekday morning.
Yours faithfully,
Anne Staines
Principal
