Yesterday, Helen from Catholic Education came out to our school to do workshops with each class on the practice of Christian Mediation. Christian Mediation is a form of prayer and is where we are called to be still and silent repeating an ancient phrase 'Ma-ra-na-tha', which means, 'come Lord Jesus'. 

Whilst Christian Mediation is not a new practice in schools, we are now working towards implementing this into our classrooms at least once per week to begin with.
